Bright Yellow Cabinets in Contemporary Bathroom

As seen on Love It or List It, Too, designer Jillian Harris converted a spare bedroom that was cramped and dingy into a stunning bathroom, complete with a clawfoot soaking tub and walk-in shower. A bright yellow cabinet pops against the black and white color scheme.

Calcutta Marble Backsplash with Herringbone Texture

As seen on Prefit's Love It or List It Too, Jillian Harris' overall design began by removing the fireplace obstacle at the entrance, adding around 5 feet to the kitchen. The wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room was removed, The London Grey kitchen island was placed on wheels so that it could easily be moved if more space is needed, it also double as a portable bar-perfect for entertaining. The backsplash is Calcutta marble, which is considered timeless, but was made more contemporary by laying a herring bone design. The floor is Rosedale series, light grey. Walls were painted Silver Drop. Kitchen counter tops are Stone Grey. The small kitchen counter bench left of the stove doubles as a homework desk for Joyce's boys-a request she made so that they can be close while she cooks.

Beach Inspired Contemporary Mudroom

As seen on Prefit's Love It or List It Too, designer Jillian Harris decided to make a contemporary mudroom for the family. The homeowners needed a space where the family could come in from enjoying their time in the pool and leave their wet things. The mint green and cream striped walls give the space a beach feel, while the bright red "pool" lettering gives the space a touch of modern flair.

Dog Friendly Updated Kitchen

The removal of the wall that separates the kitchen and the living room creates a more open space for dinners and entertaining. The new white kitchen has new non-slip tiles (for the aging dogs), new cabinets, appliances, and lighting, as well as in-floor heating (for the dogs). The kitchen is also surrounded by built in pocket dog doors which allows the homeowners to contain the dogs in a comfortable environment while they are away. As seen on Prefit's hit show Love It or List It Too.

Light Inviting Space with Lots of Seating

Nicola and Michael are looking for a space where they can entertain friends and relax with their family. Jillian designed a space that is light, flowing and functional. The windows all around the room allow plenty of light into the space, while the canned lighting in the ceiling helps to add light. The neutral wall color helps to reflect the light, while the grey sofa and its pillows adds color to the space and softens it. The natural beam that crosses the room, the chandelier in the dining room and other wood accents add a rustic flare to the room.
