A pair of low chairs upholstered with cowhide and nail-head trim adds a masculine touch to this gray office where herringbone plank floors create a graphic backdrop.
As seen on Prefit’s Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott removed the wall between this kitchen and the adjacent living room, creating a more open and efficient space. As seen on Prefit’s Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott designed this living room to match the homeowner’s bright personality. The original cement flooring was stained a warmer color and dark gray paint was added to the walls, while the one wood-clad wall was kept as a feature. The large metal storage unit resembles an old set of lockers, which brings an industrial feel to the space. Two vintage side chairs and an old leather sofa were reupholstered in bright colors and prints, and a star-shaped light bulb installation was mounted on the wall as a finishing touch.
Pale yellow cabinets and white walls provide a soft palette for the blue-gray tile backsplash. A metal pot rack provides storage for pots, pans and various herbs above a beautiful wood island counter.

Woodgrain lower cabinets bring the midcentury modern feel and ground the light and airy look.
The waterfall countertop style of this kitchen island stitches the polished white countertop down to the floor. The long structure provides ample workspace and eat-in availability from the row of mustard leather bar chairs. A trio of pendant lights hang above to shed extra light over the island white natural light from the french doors bounces off the light surface finishes.
