Invisible Fence BOUNDARY PLUS Microlite 7K Dog Collar (Read Below)

Description

Used condition Boundary Plus receiver.  Light blinks (getting power) but I can't get shock or tone when testing. May be faulty or require dealer adjustment. Selling as-is.
Medium to larger new adjustable collar. Can be replaced by small collar.
Selling as-is, no return - I accept returns for everything I sell on eBay except items that I don't believe don't work properly such as this item, tested on an indoor Boundary Plus disc/shield.  If receiver is in fact faulty, you may be able to get replacement unit from dealer (depending on your guarantee, etc.) - but not accepting returns on this.
