It is important to replace these tips every 3-6 months or every time your collar battery is replaced, as they lose conductivity over time.

    All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
    Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
    Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
