The PetSafe stubborn dog in-ground fence system has the strongest static correction levels than any other dog fence system on the market. It is specifically designed for stubborn dogs weighing over 15 pounds. With the addition of wire and flag kits, the system can be expanded up to 25 acres. The adjustable collar included fits neck sizes ranging from 6-28 inches, making it great for small, medium and large dog breeds. The collar features 5 levels of adjustable correction to teach your dog to retreat back to the safe zone. There's also an additional tone-only with vibration feature that you can use for tailored training.

Return Policy
We're a small family business and we work hard to take care of our customers! If you are not happy with your purchase please tell us. We will be sure you are taken care of quickly.
All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
