Pierced SilverPlate(?) Casserole Dish Holder-Footed-Sheffield Repro-Handle Dmg

Description

This is a pierced casserole dish holder-silverplate (?)- 7 inches in diameter.  Vintage unknown.  It has marks on the bottom skirt that says Sheffield Reproduction and VBCNS 6548, as well as another mark, unreadable.  Measurement with handles is 9 inches and 3 inches tall.
It has 2 oval handles--one of them is separated from the bowl on one side--see photo.  There is also a repaired break under one of the handles...may have been in manufacturing.
Footed with 4 turned up feet.  See photo.  Tarnished, and looks as if cleaning was attempted.
